Advertising Pixels, Analytics, and Server-Side Tracking: The Site uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel together with Meta’s Conversions API to measure the performance of our advertising and improve how our ads are delivered. When you visit the Site, submit a form, watch our training video, or schedule a call, we may transmit to Meta Platforms, Inc. identifiers you provide (such as your name, email address, and phone number, transmitted in hashed form), your IP address and browser information, and records of actions you took on the Site (such as pages viewed, video-viewing milestones, application submissions, and call bookings).
